Remarks
Issuance of new shares under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. (1) The number of shares held before the change was calculated based on the the total number of issued shares of 1,248,599,576. (2) The number of shares held after the change was calculated based on the the total number of issued shares of 1,252,079,674 shares as at the date of this notification. (3) The Company has no treasury shares.

Remarks
1) Mercator International Pte Ltd loaned 40,528,669 shares in the ordinary capital of the Company (the "Shares") to Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch ("Deutsche Bank") pursuant to the Sharelending Agreement dated 6 December 2007, to be used by Deutsche Bank to cover over-allotments in relation to stabilization action in connection with the initial public offering of the Company. 2) The stabilisation action ceased as of 13 January 2008 and Deutsche Bank has returned 40,528,669 shares back to Mercator International Pte Ltd, by way of transfer of 40,528,669 existing shares purchased from the market. 3) The percentage figure shown below is calculated based on the original issued share capital of 1,171,041,126 shares before the change and the enlarged issued share capital of 1,245,155,161 shares after the change, being the Company's total issued share capital as at 15 January 2008.
